We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Item(s) returned via mailing service must have packaged scanned in within that 7 day delivery window.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet certain criteria. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received item(s): unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your total refund. Non-clothing items are considered final sale. Bodysuits, swimwear and accessories are considered final sale. Custom items are considered final sale. We reserve the right to deny a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (to be deducted from your store credit total), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
